The Japanese-style room I requested was well furnished and relaxing, and the location was perfect being close to the mountains and Yufuin station.

Fairly clean place with amazing view of the mountain. Climate control and a sitting area in the room, nice location. Clean private bathroom. The very kind and friendly staff and their quick responses to my needs.

The room was huge and nicely furnished with an EXCEPTIONAL view of the mountain. The beds were exceptionally comfortable here.

One drawback is that the location of the hotel is a bit remote, requiring some effort to reach, especially without access to the shuttle bus.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely B&B in Yufuin. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they spoke excellent English. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of Mt. Yufudake. I particularly enjoyed watching the sunrise over the mountain from my room. The included breakfast, while simple, was a good deal and provided a satisfying start to the day. The onsen was a real highlight, and I made sure to take advantage of it every night of my 3-night stay. The location, although a bit further out, was peaceful and quiet, making it well worth the extra effort to get there.
